found is a candidate account. not_found means an absence rule matched. blocked, timeout, unknown and not_checked are not evidence of absence. Agreement counts are not identity confidence scores.
Execution limits
Up to 6 selected platforms and 3 adapters per request. 10 scans per client per hour, 120 globally per hour and 4 active scans globally. Each HTTP check times out after 5.5 seconds. Background work is bounded and may be interrupted; stale work is reported as failed after 30 seconds. It is not a durable queue with automatic retries.
